     K
atie Weaver is a Washington, DC artist specializing in
    acrylic painting and mixed media art. She credits her
    upbringing in the Pacific Northwest for her deep
    connection to nature, which is an inspiration for her work.
    Katie has studied abstract painting and collage at the Art 
    League  School in Alexandria, Virginia and served as
    President of the Women's Caucus for Art of Greater
    Washington, DC in 2008-2009. www.wcadc.org
